3. PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

  • Personal data from contact forms

By filling in the contact form you can ask us for more information about the products and services we provide. To respond, we need this contact data: first name, surname, telephone number, email address and the text of the message.

Service messages (for example confirmation that a form was sent) and operational emails about paid services you have ordered (for example contract documents or an order confirmation) cannot be switched off, because they are part of the service.

  • Marketing emails

We send emails about online news and marketing only with your consent. You confirm that consent by clicking a link we send to your inbox, so that we can check that the consent is for the address you entered. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time by email or in writing.

  • Website traffic statistics

Our website uses cookies. The data collected through cookies is anonymous and cannot be linked to a particular person.

4. HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

We handle your personal data responsibly and in line with applicable European law. We process it manually and by automated means. All data is stored on secured servers in the European Union. It is not published, transferred or processed outside the EU, and it is not made available or provided to third parties, except for the parties and processors named in section 5 of these rules.

Data you enter in online forms is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. Processing is carried out mainly by computer, which provides the necessary security, reduces the risk of unauthorised handling and helps prevent destruction or loss. Personal data is protected as far as possible by modern technology appropriate to the state of technical development and to the risk of misuse.

Only a small number of authorised and instructed processors and employees can access personal data. We undertake to maintain technical and organisational measures that prevent misuse, damage, loss or destruction of personal data. Our staff are obliged to keep confidential both the personal data and the security measures whose disclosure could put that data at risk.

If you want to meet one of our specialist consultants, who is an authorised contractual processor, we will give that person your personal data so that they can provide the service you asked for. They will process it only for that purpose and only for as long as necessary. The processor processes personal data only to that extent and in line with applicable law. We also protect your data by a contract that imposes a duty of confidentiality during the contract and after it ends.

5. Disclosure of data to third parties:

Personal data we process may also be processed by third parties where that is necessary to meet our obligation to you, our clients, or to provide our services. When we choose those partners we look for a high standard of protection for your personal data.

Personal data may be processed in the countries of the European Union and in countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. A transfer to a third country may take place only where the European Commission considers that country’s legal regime to provide an adequate level of protection.

Processors and sub-processors may process your personal data only for the purposes described in these rules. Your data is not made available to third parties for their own independent use, or for processing beyond those purposes.

These rules on the processing of personal data may be supplemented or changed by us at any time.
