The price includes the apartment windows and internal doors.
Floors:
Standard floors are included. A different floor finish is available at extra cost.
Bathroom:
Bathrooms are fitted with sanitaryware – a toilet, a washbasin and a shower or a bath, depending on the apartment – and with tiles.
Walls:
The walls are plastered and painted.
Kitchen:
Kitchen furniture and appliances are not included in the apartment price.
Heating and hot water:
The building is heated electrically. Two heat pumps in the central plant room on the ground floor provide heating and hot water for the whole building. The apartments do not have their own boiler. There is no gas in the building.
We offer several ways to finance a purchase, including cooperation with banks on mortgage loans. Mortgage financing will be possible once the building under construction is registered in the cadastre.
What types of apartments are available at Vavrín Residence?
Vavrín Residence offers 14 apartments: 11 two-room and 3 four-room. There are no one-room or three-room apartments in the building.
What are the prices of the individual apartments?
The price of each apartment is shown in the price list. The price includes the loggia or terrace. It does not include parking or a storage room.
What are the monthly running costs?
Monthly running costs cover building management, utilities and maintenance of the shared areas. The exact amount depends on the size of the apartment.
What are the financing and mortgage options?

What are the parking options?
The building has no basement. Parking consists of 5 lockable garages on the ground floor and 14 outdoor spaces. A garage is sold for €55,000 and an outdoor space for €21,000. A storage room costs €7,000. Prices include VAT and are not part of the apartment price. A commercial unit of 29.59 m² on the ground floor is also for sale at €97,000 excluding VAT.
What security is there in the building?
The entrance to the building will be lockable. CCTV and a 24-hour security service are not part of the project.
What public transport is nearby?
City buses serve Krasňany. There is no tram in the area.
